Emma, a self-made, country girl, has escaped a difficult life, and now works in the city. Life takes a turn for Emma, when she misidentifies handsome stranger William and is forced to marry him , unaware, that William is the CEO of Irving Corporation. Both William and Emma hope to get a divorce soon after, but sparks begin to fly when they move in together.
